As the exhibition concluded successfully, Rendu Bio marked the end of its debut at ECCMID. ECCMID, one of the world’s largest academic conferences in the fields of infectious diseases and clinical microbiology, attracts tens of thousands of attendees annually. This year, the event was held in Barcelona, Spain.

The exhibition was a vibrant showcase, where Rendu Bio, as the exclusive patent holder of SAT technology, continued to demonstrate its capabilities by showcasing its independently developed SAT technology to international audiences. This technology, which uses RNA as the detection target, represents an innovation in both targets and methodologies, significantly enhancing the precision of molecular diagnostics.

Currently, the company is committed to promoting RNA molecular diagnostic products based on SAT technology to global markets. During the exhibition, Rendu Bio’s products garnered significant attention and interest from numerous clients.

In addition to Rendu's popular domestic products, STD RNA and TB RNA detection kits, many international clients have shown great interest in the company’s blood-based products, particularly the HBV RNA detection kit. Serum HBV RNA level measurement is a novel hepatitis B marker that reflects the transcription level of intrahepatic cccDNA. It is used to monitor treatment efficacy, predict relapse risk, and evaluate interferon therapy effectiveness. Unlike traditional PCR techniques, this kit employs Rendu's unique SAT technology, enabling direct amplification and quantification of RNA molecules without interference from HBV DNA in samples, eliminating the need for DNase treatment.

Furthermore, in 2024, Rendu’s Hepatitis C Virus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (RNA Capture Probe Method) was officially approved for market release. This product stands out for its exceptional performance and high sensitivity, minimizing the risk of missed detections. The internal standard participates throughout the extraction and detection process, ensuring greater precision in quantification. Combined with the AutoSAT nucleic acid detection system, the fully automated process enhances stability and eliminates errors associated with manual handling. Additionally, the system supports flexible loading of 1 to 80 samples, breaking batch constraints and reducing waste.
